Butterflies and spiders…for your wrist!

This Saturday, May 5th, will be the grand opening of the painted butterflies at the Huntsville Botanical Gardens. I will be in tent #15 and we’ll be making these cute butterfly bracelets. And spiders for those who think butterflies are “too girlie”. I had the boys try it out tonight and they seemed to have fun, especially playing with the glitter glue.

I’ve got three different butterfly wing templates, tons of fun sequins, foam shapes, and glitter glue. For the butterfly body I’ve got lots of colorful pipe cleaners, puff balls, and don’t forget the wiggly eyes. Each adorable bug attaches to a elastic cord for kid-friendly use.

Special butterfly and heart penny tile pendants will be for sale as well as trivets, prints, and a few larger pieces of original art.

I hope to see you on the 5th!
